I'm Shanaka Perera from Bad Nauheim, professional pianist & DJ for many years.

We are happy to share our experiences and help you plan the music for your celebration.

PIANOPLUS offers a variety of performance options with Shanaka Perera as pianist and /or DJ:  solo piano, duo, trio and band performances, live background music as well as dance music with live band or DJ. 

In Sri Lanka I took piano lessons from the age of 8 and started as a freelance pianist in the Maldives at the age of 19.

I've been playing at various events in Germany since 2001. With my diverse repertoire and the feel for the right music, e.g. at weddings, company events, receptions or vernissages, I contribute to the success of events.

TIP: Piano solo for dinner and then I as a DJ.

I can also be booked as a DJ for exuberant dance parties. Lounge music for a champagne reception, dinner and then hits for dancing - an ideal combination for company events, weddings and other celebrations.

My focus as a DJ is the 70s, 80s, 90s and current hits, as well as house and hip hop.

The combination DJ plus our saxophonist Ron Faust. With his three different saxophones and the didgeridoo, Ron provides the ultimate live sound. It will be difficult not to dance or groove to this... and a good mood is guaranteed.
